At about 1:15 p.m., a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee that Tracy was driving southbound on State Route 48 went off the road, hit an embankment and rolled several times, police said. Tracy was not wearing a seatbelt, according to police.

A preliminary investigation found that Tracy may have had a “medical event” just before the crash, police said.
